Christmas comes early with the 2019 Performing Art Season - Holly Jolly Jingle at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, Dec 5 at 7:30 p.m. The annual holiday concert tradition highlights the best and brightest orchestras and student musicians from across Conroe ISD – and a whole lot more!

Internationally acclaimed bestselling novelist Maria Semple, author of Where’d You Go, Bernadette? is the featured speaker for The John Cooper School 15th Annual Signatures Author Series, held Dec. 6. Pre-lunch events begin at 10 a.m. and the keynote portion begins at noon. The event also features local authors and book signings.

Santa’s Ho Ho Ho Down at The Woodlands Children’s Museum is Dec. 7 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Guests will enjoy a country breakfast, and a meet-n-greet with Santa and Olaf from Frozen. There will also be plenty of other Christmas themed fun for the kids, including crafts and games.

The 9th Annual Human Rights Day Walk & Festival is Dec. 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Town Green Park. This fun, free event includes great music, fair trade shopping, arts and crafts, food trucks, bouncy houses, a rock wall, and more. Listen to educational speakers and walk with like-minded individuals supporting human rights around the world.
