MAGNOLIA, TX -- Inspiration Ranch is honored to have Joelle Devlin, a Therapeutic Horsemanship Professional with more than 25 years’ involvement with the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH, Intl.), join its staff.

“Joelle’s contributions to PATH, Intl. over the last 25 years are so significant that we feel as if she has already molded who we are as a PATH, Intl. Premier Accredited Center,” says Inspiration Ranch President and CEO, MG Tindall, “To have her on our staff now, working alongside us daily, is an incredible asset.”

Devlin has 25 years of therapeutic riding instruction and mentoring experience and has played a large role in the growth and success of PATH, Intl. She is a PATH, Intl. Certified Master Instructor and Equine Specialist, has served as a mentor to dozens of aspiring therapeutic riding instructors, and before stepping down to join Inspiration Ranch this month, was chair of the PATH, Intl. Therapeutic Riding Instructor Certification Subcommittee. She regularly speaks at therapeutic horsemanship conferences and has published guides for both therapeutic riding instructors and mentors.

Devlin is committed to working with therapeutic riding instructors to grow their skills and reach higher certification levels, but considers her highest responsibility to be helping individuals improve their quality of life through a partnership with the horse.

At Inspiration Ranch, Devlin will serve as a part-time instructor for the Equine-Assisted Therapeutic Riding Program as well as lending her knowledge to the Equine-Assisted Mental Health Program to assist victims of domestic abuse and sex-trafficking. She will mentor the organization as a whole and work with instructors to increase certification levels.

“We are truly grateful for the opportunity to have Joelle’s knowledge on hand through this season of growth and expansion,” says Tindall, “We could not find a better person to mentor us as an organization over the coming years.”

Inspiration Ranch relocated from The Woodlands to Magnolia, Texas, in May of 2019 so that it could expand its staff, herd of horses, and programs. The organization has mapped out a strategic plan for extensive growth over the coming years, beginning with the addition of approximately 20 riders and Saturday lessons within the first quarter of 2020. As the Ranch’s growth continues, the community should expect to see more of the organization as it expands its programs and opens its new 40-acre home as a place of respite, fellowship, and education for families of those with physical, emotional, and social disabilities.
