Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Searches for Diesel Theft Suspect

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX - On March 13, 2020 at about 2:00 PM, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to 20816 Loop 494 Porter, Texas in reference to a theft. The victim stated on March 6, 2020 at about 7:00 PM, a blue van drove into their parking lot away from the gas pumps where the fuel gets pumped into the storage tanks. The victim states the van stayed there for about 20 minutes while the suspect drained the diesel storage tank of 354 gallons of diesel fuel. The victim said the driver of the van was a white male wearing blue plastic gloves over his hands and he never got out of his van during the entire incident.
