Constable Canine Captures Evading Suspect in The Village of Creek Subdivision

TOMBALL, TX -- On May 11, 2020, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office was patrolling in the 12900 block of Spring Cypress Road when he observed a known wanted suspect, Aaron Adair, for having two open felony warrants for Theft of Copper and Burglary of a Building.

The Constable Deputy attempted to make contact with him but he immediately fled on foot away from the deputy into a nearby bayou.

Constable Deputies set up a perimeter and with the assistance of a K-9 unit, Aaron Adair was located hiding in the back porch of a residence.

'Aaron Adair was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for the open felony warrants and charged with Evading Arrest with a Previous Conviction . He received No Bond for the Felony Warrants and a $1,500.00 Bond for Evading Arrest, all out of the 209th District Court.' - Constable Mark Herman
