Constables Seek The Public's Help in Locating a wanted Suspect

SPRING, TX -- On May 27, 2020, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 22300 block of Meadowgate Drive in reference to a home invasion. The homeowners reported a known male identified as Caleb Charles Noel made entry into their residence through an unlocked bedroom window and brandished a firearm.

He demanded all of the victim's cell phones and before fleeing the scene he pistol whipped one of the victims. One of the victim's cell phone was tracked to his residence where deputies went to this location but were unable to locate him.

“Caleb Charles Noel is currently wanted by law enforcement for Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Assault & two counts of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. He received No Bond out of the 262nd District Court for all three charges. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement.' - Constable Mark Herman
