HOUSTON, TX -- 56 year-old Wanda Howard was last seen in the 7000 Block of Cabot Street, Houston, Texas on Monday June 1, 2020. It unknown what clothing was worn at the time of her disappearance. Wanda has vertical scars on both feet in big toe area. She is diagnosed with schizophrenia and is in need of her medication.
