AUSTIN, TX - TxDOT invites the public to attend a public meeting of TxDOT’s Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC) on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

The virtual public meeting will be held remotely via WebEx and can be accessed here.

Live WebEx meeting begins at 10 a.m. For best audio, please select the option to have the meeting call you when joining the meeting.

The Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC) is a nine-member legislatively appointed committee that advises the Texas Transportation Commission about public transportation-related matters. The committee’s meetings are open to the public. The public can also listen and view meeting presentations electronically via the Webex. Each PTAC meeting includes an opportunity for anyone in attendance to address the committee. The Webex, however, allows attendees to listen/view presentations only.

Meeting documents, including agendas and printed transcripts of previous meetings, are posted on TxDOT’s PTAC webpage.

TxDOT makes every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of the public. The public meeting will be in English. If you have a special communication accommodation or need for an interpreter, a request can be made. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can also be made to accommodate most needs. Please call (512) 486-5958 at least two working days prior to the meeting. Please be aware that advance notice is requested as some accommodations may require time for TxDOT to arrange.
