HOUSTON, TX -- 29 year-old Ethan Mercier was last seen in Houston, Texas on July 6th 2020. Ethan was wearing a dark colored t-shirt, dark-colored basketball shorts and royal blue-colored tennis shoes. Ethan has a beard as in the picture above, and he has a very small scar in the middle of his forehead. Ethan has a tattoo on his upper, mid-back that reads “Dessa”.
