HOUSTON, TX -- 61 year-old Marcos Gallegos Rodriguez was last seen in Harris County, Texas on July 18th 2020. Marcos was last known to be wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants, a brown hat and black flip flops with a red Nike logo.
