HOUSTON, TX -- 85 year-old Herbert John Lloyd was last seen on the west / southwest side of Houston, Texas on July 15th 2020. Herbert is disabled and in a wheelchair. He has been diagnosed with Dementia and Schizophrenia. Herbert was last known to be wearing a blue polo shirt with vertical black lines, khaki shorts and sandals. Herbert has a short white beard. It is critical to Herbert’s well-being that we find him as soon as possible.
