The Woodlands Township Holds Budget Workshop

THE WOODLANDS, TX - The Woodlands Township Board of Directors concluded its 2021 Township Budget Workshops on Thursday, August 6, 2020, via videoconference.

The Board of Directors approved the 2021 Preliminary Budget with a proposed property tax rate of $0.2231 for The Woodlands Township, which is a decrease from the current tax rate of $0.2240. This rate is equal to the no-new-revenue tax rate and includes debt service tax rate of $0.0151 per one hundred dollars of taxable value and maintenance and operations tax rate of $0.2080 per one hundred dollars of taxable value.
