WANTED: Fugitive accused of Sexual Assault of Child

HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Cquilin Hubert, who is wanted for Sexual Assault of a Child.

In August of 2019, the fugitive sexually assaulted a child in the 2800 block of Dalview Street in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Cquilin Hubert, sexually assaulted the victim over the span of a few months.

Fugitive Cquilin Hubert is a black male, 29 years old, approximately 6’03”, 250 lbs., with brown eyes and short brown hair. The fugitive is believed to be living in Scotsdale, Arizona, but frequently visits the T.C. Jester Boulevard / W. little York Road area of Houston, Texas.
