Fugitive accused of Sexual Assault Child

HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Jose Luna- Cervantes, who is wanted for Sexual Assault of a Child.

On Friday, June 26, 2020, Houston Police received a report of a Sexual Assault of a Child that occurred in the 14100 block of Highway 249 in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Jose Luna- Cervantes, sexually assaulted the victim on several occasions.

Fugitive Jose Luna- Cervantes is a Hispanic male, 37 years old, approximately 5’07”, 180 - 210 lbs., with brown eyes and short black hair and a black beard. The fugitive has a tattoo of the Virgin Mary on his left forearm (also has tattoos on his left shoulder and left side of his neck).
