THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Texas Renaissance Festival is back for its 46th year, along with safety guidelines and cleaning procedures to keep the public safe. The 2020 season begins Saturday, October 3 and ends November 29.

'We have worked very transparently with the state and the county and they have absolutely enabled us for success,” said General Manager Joseph Bailey in regard to the safety guidelines they’ve put in place. “It's been a huge effort over the last four months … When we had our last review and walkthrough with the State Health Department, they said they wanted to use our safety plan and guideline plan as a benchmark for other outdoor events,” he said.
