Montgomery Precinct 3 Constable Arrest Three on Felony Drug and Weapon Charges

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX - On November 27th , 2020, at four in the afternoon, Montgomery County Constable Pct 3 Deputy Loucks had stopped and investigated a vehicle for possible drug activity. The driver, Christopher Johnson, was asked to exit the vehicle due to the strong drug odor coming from the car. When Christopher exited, he took off running. Deputy Loucks canine partner Rambo was released from the vehicle and chased and apprehended Christopher Johnson. Deputy Loucks took Christopher Johnson in custody. Christopher received medical treatment at the hospital for the dog bite prior to being booked in Montgomery County Jail. During the arrest of Christopher Johnson, Montgomery County Sheriff's Deputies detained the other vehicle's occupants, Michael Brooks and Lissette Guevara.

During a search of the car, a handgun was found in the vehicle along with baggies, scales, and drugs. There were numerous prescription medications along with methamphetamine, marijuana, heroin, and THC. A fugitive recovery badge was found along with body armor.

A review of surveillance video showed the other occupants at the time of the pursuit had removed another handgun and an AR-15 rifle and concealed it nearby.

Christopher Johnson was found to have two parole violation warrants for aggravated robbery and felon in possession of a weapon. All occupants were charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1, a first-degree felony.

Michael James Brooks (43 year old) is from Cleveland, TX.
Christopher Jay Johnson (32 year old) is from Conroe, TX
Lissette Elvira Guevara (34 year old) is from Houston, TX
