Attempt to Identify - Theft in Spring

SPRING, TX -- On November 11, 2020, two black females entered the Kroger Grocery Store, located at 2301 Rayford Road. The individuals utilized a credit card at a self-checkout station to purchase multiple baby food items such as formula and food. The credit card was declined for the transactions and both individuals walked out of the store without paying for the items. The females got into a red passenger car with paper temporary license plate and left the scene.
