MODIFIED BID: The Woodlands Township Seeking Bids for 2021-2023 Pathway Services Maintenance

THE WOODLANDS, TX - Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, licensing, and supervision necessary for the landscape maintenance of 190 miles of pathways standards and frequencies based on the specifications in the bid documents. The contract will include services based on the outlined maintenance specifications for a term of 33 months beginning April 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2023.
