THE WOODLANDS, TX -- 5PM Entergy Update:

45K still without power in the western region.

7.5K are due to breakers that should be back up by 6pm and those customers should comeback online once their feeder breakers are up.

37.5K customers have various local issues that require crews to come to their area. Some underground transformers need repairs, other equipment failures and damaged lines. These can be isolated to a few homes or building within areas that already have been restored. Crews are out but the likelihood of getting all these issues resolved tonight is not likely. If you do not get power restored in the next few hours and you see areas around you with power they would like for you to re-report yourself as out. This will help trace down those isolated issues within feeder zones that are hyperlocal.

MISO has withdrawn their load shed orders which means there are no more currently planned rolling outages anticipated. That can change with tonight's weather or future MISO orders.
Entergy's outage Map is lagging 2 hours. Just an FYI

Roads are expected to ice over tonight. County crews will be out sanding bridges and areas of concern. Please be careful as black ice is expected throughout our area.

Warming shelters are still open 24/7 with Church Project 602 Pruit Rd being the closest.

Centerpoint has restored power to May Valley and a few areas of Creekside Park. We have a call with them shortly and will update with any new information.

Schools have announced closings through Thursday.
Please check on your neighbors.
If you have a water leak please turn off your main water supply.
