City of Tomball Water System Update February 18, 2021

TOMBALL, TX -- We want to thank all of you for your patience as we continue to adapt to changing weather conditions statewide directives. We are aware that some of you have low water pressure, while others have no water pressure at all.

For those with low pressure, please continue to preserve water. The system is working to re-pressurize, it just takes time.

For those without water pressure at all, it could be a number of things. There could be a freeze or a break in your lines and many things in between. These breaks could be inside or outside of your home.


If you are, still without any running water at all, and it cannot be linked. to a broken pipe, please call 281-290-1400 & provide your address. We are responding to issues as quickly as we can.
