PINEHURST, TX - Missing Person Orr was last seen on May 6, 2021, wearing a patterned blue flannel shirt, blue t-shirt, blue jeans, brown boots, and a red Trump hat. Orr has “mom,” and a small cross tattooed on his left hand. Orr’s last known location was at an address on Pinehurst Loop in Pinehurst, Texas. Orr has multiple medical issues.
