Suspect Arrested After He Threatened A Pizza Delivery Driver With A Rifle

SPRING, TX -- On May 31, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 2300 block of Whitelake Drive in reference to an Aggravated Assault.

Upon deputies arriving, it was discovered that the suspect, Donald Toellner threatened a pizza delivery driver with a rifle after refusing to pay for the pizza because it was late.

'Donald Toellner was arrested and booked in the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $15,000.00 out of the 179th District Court.' - Constable Mark Herman
