MAGNOLIA, TX -- In the middle of the night, Magnolia Police Department assisted the Texas Rangers and Gulf Coast Task Force in apprehending a subject on the Texas Top 10 sexual offender wanted list. The subject, Brett Martinson, was arrested for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, aggregate theft and a parole violation. We appreciate the hard work of the agencies that tracked him down and helped make our community safer.
