Arts in the Park to feature Shakespeare in the Park and All You Need Is Love

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- he Fall Arts in the Park will feature two events, Shakespeare in the Park, set for Saturday, September 25, 2021, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and All You Need Is Love, set for Saturday, October 2, 2021, from 6 to 8 :30 p.m. Both events will be held at Rob Fleming Park (6055 Creekside Forest Dr.) Enjoy these two evenings with family and friends! Bring lawn chairs, grab a bite to eat at the food trucks and enjoy FREE live performances. Open to audiences of all ages.

On Saturday, September 25, 2021, Arts in the Park presents Shakespeare in the Park with pre-show music by The Woodlands Jazz Orchestra at 5:30 p.m., followed by a live Shakespeare theatre performance of Othello, by Points North Theatre Company, beginning at 6 p.m.

On Saturday, October 2, 2021, Arts in the park presents All You Need Is Love with The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra and Beatles tribute band, Beetle. The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra and friends take the stage at 7 p.m. to perform the entire second side of the Abbey Road album, along with orchestral instrumental arrangements of Beatles music, songs from Sgt. Peppers, Magical Mystery Tour and more.

Arts in the Park is a free, family-friendly event that celebrates art, music and drama in the local community. The event will feature live entertainment, food trucks and other vendors.

Coolers, picnic baskets, blankets and lawn chairs permitted; glass prohibited. Those planning to attend the event should practice social distancing, refrain from gathering in large groups and continue to follow all guidelines established by the CDC. Face coverings are optional.
