BREAKING NEWS: Missing Children Found Safe

BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: CHILDREN FOUND SAFE

Lt. Scott Spencer of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has just announced that the three local children who have been missing in the state forest since last evening have been found safe.

“The children were found about a mile from where they originally entered the woods out on another road that connected through the woods by first responders,” said Spencer. “
The children walked out on their own free will. They are currently being checked by medical personnel and they are about to be reunited with their families.”

According to Spencer, it appeared the children were not victims of foul play and were just simply lost as what it appears, “just like we had originally hoped.”

Spencer credited everyone involved in the search. “I want to say thank you to all the first responders, to the community, to the media, to everyone who came together to show their love and support at helping find these children and get the message out there.”

Due to the breaking nature of events, Spencer had scant additional details to offer but stated he would be providing updates as needed.
