THE WOODLANDS, TX – Quote of the week: “The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.” - Dolly Parton | Here’s our pick of the top five things to do in The Woodlands this week:

Spring Guns & Ammo has two awesome locations, and the Spring-Cypress one is hosting a Defensive Pistol Class. Not only is this class informative in its own right, but it also is a prerequisite for their new Draw from the Holster Class. Scenarios include Weak Hand Shooting, Point Shooting, Hip Shooting, and Low Light Shooting. Firearms available for rent.

They’re creepy and they’re kooky and all together spooky, but we love the Addams Family. And Class Act Productions is presenting them in a way you’ve never seen them before: “The Addams Family: A New Musical Comedy,” a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family and featuring an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family. Hilarity and music ensue. Friday and Saturday performances starting at 7:30 PM and Sunday matinee starting 2:30 PM.
