TOMBALL, TX -- On October 12, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 12800 block of Laurel Cove in reference to a Fraudulent use of Identifying Information call.

Upon deputies arriving the complainant advised that an unknown suspect obtained her personal information and purchased three I-Phone 13 phones valued at $1,300.00 each.
Investigation revealed that the suspect had the phones delivered by UPS to the complainant's listed address.

It was assumed the suspect was tracking the packages because when the phones were dropped off, the suspect immediately arrived and took the packages.
Video surveillance captured the suspect, who is described as a white male wearing dark colored clothing, driving a white Toyota Camry.

'If you have any information regarding the identity of the suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch at 281-376-3472.' - Constable Mark Herman
