Pizza Artista to open in Mid-January in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- A new Louisiana inspired create-your-own gourmet pizza shop is opening in mid-January bringing fresh options at an affordable price to The Woodlands. Pizza Artista originated in Lafayette, LA and franchise owners, Charlotte Emmerling Robel and Kevin Robel are excited to be part of the community.

“Our locally owned pizza theatre offers a range of both pizza and salad options including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. We specialize in the freshest of ingredients, from traditional pizza toppings like cheese and pepperoni, to a range of Cajun and seafood ingredients,” said Charlotte.

All pizzas are 10.5 inches and for just under $10 customers can add up to eight toppings. Shrimp, crawfish, crab, andouille, and Cajun sausage can be added to pizza as available for a little “Cajun” delight. Individuals create their own salad or pizza trying new combinations at every visit. All pizza is fired up over an open flame crisp and ready in three minutes.

Pizza Artista, The Woodlands anticipates opening their doors in mid-January at 2501 Research Forest Drive in The Woodlands in the Research Forest Lakeside Shopping Center next to Lakeside Blvd.

“We are excited to bring the concept of a casual pizza dining venue with a unique twist to The Woodlands community. Guests will be delighted to find the ability to create their own style of pizza or choose from many Chef inspired signature pizzas,” said Charlotte. “Choose from gluten free, vegan, and cauliflower crust options in addition to the traditional dough made in house.”

Customers will also enjoy a Self-Serve Tap Beer wall with over 15 craft beers, ciders, and wines to accompany their pizza selection.
