Male Arrested for DWI and Evading Arrest after Attempting to Evade the Police in Magnolia
MAGNOLIA, TX -- On December 28, 2021 Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle on FM 1174 in Magnolia. The male driver attempted to Evade and took Deputies on a short High Speed Pursuit. The driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed and was caught on FM 1774 near Oak Crossing. The male driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI and Evading Arrest in a motor vehicle. The male was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
