It's officially spring and - ironically - we've just come back from Spring Break, so things are finally settling into a groove. To celebrate the change in seasons, here are some great events you'll want to take part in this week!

Wednesday, March 23
Ladies, when it gets down to it, few things start the day off with a bang better than some live firearms target shooting. Spring Guns & Ammo is locked and loaded to make sure you have a blast at their Spring location. Breakfast and Bullets is their monthly get-together of their “A Girl and a Gun” women’s shooting league from 9:30am-11:30am. After the Breakfast & Bullets event they get together for breakfast/brunch at a local restaurant. These events are fun, social gatherings where you get firearm training and encouragement, ask questions in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, improve your marksmanship, and make new friends.

Thursday, March 24
Tequila, Tequila, Tequila! Tequila, Mezcal, Avila, Sotol and more have come to The Woodlands with Wine & Food Week’s Nach-Yo Ordinary Tequila Tasting, taking place at The Woodlands Country Club – Palmer Course. Maximum Athletics has the answer to both! Their Open Gym night is the perfect time for your child to expend some energy after a long week at school. At Open Gym night your child can participate in games and open gym time. This is a great time to learn a new skill....AND have some fun! Just drop the little loved ones off between 7:30-10pm and rest assured they’ll be entertained and exercised in safety and security while you enjoy some time away.

Dosey Doe’s Big Barn never fails to promote music in unique ways. Not only does this venerable Woodlands concert center have bands, musicians, and singers of all types, but also an amazing kitchen and top-notch staff. And tonight you get to enjoy a blast from the Texas past with dinner and live music with the Texas A&M Aggieland Orchestra, aptly named ‘The Big Band Era.’ Doors open at 5pm for two hours’ worth of preshow dinner, and then be prepared to be transported to quite possibly the finest generation of music.
