Constables Arrest Suspect For Credit Card Abuse

SPRING, TX -- On April 2, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 21100 block of Kuykendahl Road in reference to a suspicious male. Upon deputies arriving, they located the male who was identified as Aaron Oconner, a convicted felon.

During the course of the investigation, he was found to be in possession of a debit card that belong to another individual, without the owner's consent.

'Aaron Oconner was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Credit Card Abuse. His bond was set at $5,000.00 out of the 208th District Court.” - Constable Mark Herman
