The Woodlands Township’s Parks and Recreation Needs Assessment underway

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township invites community members to participate in a Parks and Recreation Needs Assessment survey to gather community input for the Parks and Recreation Department. Survey questions include specifics related to sports fields, parks, pools, trails and amenities.

“The goal of the assessment is to understand the needs and wants of the community and prioritize them for possible implementation,” said Assistant General Manager Chris Nunes. “We are currently setting up meetings with numerous groups including the Village Associations and local sport, recreation and community groups. A critical component is to also understand the needs of the general public.”

The public input survey is only available online until May 16, 2022, at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/recreationsurveys.

There are no phone calls and no questions related to bank accounts, credit cards, social security numbers or other personal or financial information.
