Four New Office Leases Represent Continuing Demand For Flexible Office Space Solutions In The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) has signed four new office leases, representing diverse industries, in The Woodlands® at 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive, 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, Two Hughes Landing and Three Hughes Landing.

The new leases are evidence of the continuing demand in The Woodlands for more flexible office space solutions by companies and organizations seeking the convenient location and quality lifestyle for which the master planned community is known. The Woodlands is seen as a strategic choice for companies looking to attract and retain top talent and has been recognized in both 2022 and 2021 as the #1 Best Community to Live in America by Niche.

Peter A. Johnson, MD, PA, a Texas Professional Association, has signed a 7,395-square-foot lease for LifeSpring Behavioral Health at 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive. Situated on the northeast corner of Woodlands Parkway and Woodloch Forest Drive, the five-story, 95,561-square-foot office building offers convenient proximity to shopping and dining along Waterway Square®, The Woodlands Mall and Market Street, as well as to entertainment at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The building is within walking distance to The Westin at The Woodlands and several luxury multifamily residences including The Millennium Six Pines, The Millennium Waterway and The Lane at Waterway, and provides easy access to Interstate 45, the Hardy Toll Road, Grand Parkway and George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Altitude Energy Partners, LLC, has leased 6,622 square feet of office space at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, a Class AAA, 31-story office building that is one of two premier towers at The Woodlands® Towers at The Waterway. The 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower is a LEED® Silver and Energy Star® Certified office building, located in the heart of The Woodlands Town Center, overlooking The Woodlands Waterway®. The Tower’s amenities focus on health and wellness and include a two-story, 19,000-square-foot fitness center and a 33,000-square-foot multipurpose rooftop terrace. 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower also features a nearly 9,000-square-foot conference facility.

Riley Exploration Permian, Inc., has signed a lease for 3,394 square feet of office space at Three Hughes Landing, located in the 79-acre, award-winning mixed-use development of Hughes Landing with views of Lake Woodlands. The company is an independent oil and natural gas company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids in Texas and New Mexico. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Riley Exploration Permian, Inc., chose The Woodlands as it was looking to establish a branch office in the Houston-area dedicated to enhanced oil recovery and focused on business development, benefitting from the community’s strong workforce, attractive office space offerings and surrounding amenities.

MTill Holdings, LLC, a logistics services company, is relocating from Shenandoah, Texas to The Woodlands and has leased 3,270 square feet of office space at Two Hughes Landing. Two Hughes Landing and Three Hughes Landing are both LEED-Silver certified, Class A office buildings overlooking 200-acre Lake Woodlands which provide direct access to Restaurant Row, specialty shops anchored by a Whole Foods® Market, luxury multifamily living at One Lakes Edge® and Two Lakes Edge, an Embassy Suites by Hilton, water sports activities, entry to hike and bike trails, as well as art and entertainment in Hughes Landing®. Employees also enjoy access to a fitness center at both Two Hughes Landing and Three Hughes Landing.
