Constables Seek The Public's Help in Identifying These Suspects Who Used Over $14,000.00 With A Stolen Credit Card and Check Book

TOMBALL, TX -- On July 18, 2022, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 24000 block of Rain Creek Drive in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arriving, the victim advised that an unknown suspect made forced entry into her vehicle while she was at Burroughs Park and stole her purse which contained her wallet with her Texas Driver's License, debit and credit cards, her check book and house keys.

The following day her credit card was used at a local Kroger's store. The suspect was captured on video using the stolen card to purchase multiple gift cards totaling to $3,559.67. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 20-40 years old, wearing a mask, black hat with a Ferrari Logo on the front, a dark blue long sleeve shirt, gray/tan pants.

Her checkbook was later used at 11 different Woodforest National Bank drive thru locations all over Harris and Montgomery County. The suspect collected over $11,000.00 with the forged checks. The suspect is described as a white female in her mid fifties, blonde hair, approximately 150-160 pounds, driving a Nissan Rouge. Her passenger was a white male with a beard.
