THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Sixty Vines is reimagining wine culture in their second location in the Houston area at Market Street, the popular mixed-use development in The Woodlands. The sustainable wine bar and restaurant is slated to open in early 2023 at 9595 Six Pines Drive #900 and will occupy 12,442 square-feet of space.

Sixty Vines is uniquely known for its wine-on-tap program, serving 60 wines in kegs. Each keg holds 26 bottles and can be reused around 1,500 times over its refillable lifetime. Not only is this the most sustainable way for guests to enjoy wine, it also offers the closest ‘from the barrel’ tasting experience available outside of the vineyard. Sixty Vines’ tap system eliminates oxygen and keeps wine at the perfect temperature ensuring guests are served the perfect glass of wine from the first pour to the last drop in the keg.

“We can’t wait to share wine country with The Woodlands,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “We were drawn to Market Street due to its premier location and are excited to offer the community a transportive experience, with an exceptional wine offering.”

Guests are invited to pair pours by the glass, flight or bottle with a menu inspired by flavors native to wine regions around the globe. Hand-crafted cocktails and local beers are offered as well. Sixty Vines encourages guests to experience abundance over shared plates, charcuterie boards, and signature menu items such as seasonal proteins, hand tossed pizzas, innovative pastas and more. Every plate and pour is designed to inspire adventure, foster a curiosity for wine and encourage visitors to enjoy wine ‘pinkies down.’

“Sixty Vines is the perfect addition to the upscale and diverse tenant mix found at Market Street,” said Noemi Gonzalez, Marketing Director at Market Square. “The restaurant’s eco-friendly values and ability to transport diners to wine country make it an obvious destination for locals and visitors of Market Street and we couldn’t be more excited.”
