School Bus and Pickup Truck Involved in Collision Near College Park High School

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- At approximately 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday evening, multiple fire and EMS units responded to a reported collision involving a loaded school bus and a pickup truck at the intersection of Highway 242 and Achievement Drive, in front of College Park High School.

911 callers reported the incident, prompting a multi-agency response. Engine 102, Engine 106, Conroe Engine 4, along with Montgomery County Hospital District (MCHD) District 2 and Medics 14, 20, and 27, all arrived on scene to assist.

A total of 21 individuals were evaluated by EMS personnel. Fortunately, no injuries required transport to the hospital.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the cause of the collision.
