Love Heals Youth & Payton Riley Music present “Sleigh the Season” Christmas Gift Drive benefiting foster kids

THE WOODLANDS, TX — Love Heals Youth, in partnership with rising country artist Payton Riley, is launching “Sleigh the Season,” a community-wide Christmas gift drive dedicated to providing holiday gifts for foster youth residing in over 20 different orphanages in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. The festive donation event will take place at the Kevin Brady Community Center on December 21, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. There is free admission for attendees coming with a gift for a foster youth.

“Sleigh the Season” aims to bring joy, dignity, and a sense of belonging to local foster youth — many of whom face the holidays without the support of family or resources that other children have access to. The event invites the community to donate new gifts from list provided, volunteers to organize gifts for distribution.

“Every child deserves to feel seen, loved, and celebrated during the holidays,” said Love Heals Youth, organizer of the event. “Our goal is to make sure no foster kid in Houston wakes up empty-handed on Christmas morning.”

Beyong the live entertainment with Payton Riley, Tesla will be giving away 3,000 vouchers for a free 24-hour Tesla drive. Additionally, Lowe’s will donate 5,000 kids’ activity kits. There will be a 'Stuff the Cybertruck' gift event, first responder vehicles for kids to explore, a wide variety of local vendors , and more.

Special guest speakers include Brett Ligon, Candidate for Senate District 4; Representative Janis Holt; Representative Steve Toth; Brandon Steinmann, Montgomery County District Clerk; Jessica Steinmann, Candidate for Congressional District 8; Brad Bailey, The Woodlands Township Chairman; Cindy Heiser, The Woodlands Township; Tiffany Nelson, State Board of Education Candidate; and more scheduled to come.
