Ratings of Bradbury Brothers Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

I have had the unfortunate experience of using Bradbury Brothers for both heating/cooling and for plumbing. Each time a technician comes, he leaves a disaster. This company creates a facade of professionalism, but their service and performance are less than desirable. After a plumber serviced our disposal, they forgot to tighten everything back up, resulting in a large leak. After a heating/cooling specialist left our home today, our heater no longer works. We are currently sitting in a 60 degree home with 2 kids under 2, waiting for someone to come back out. I could go into more detail... but basically do not be fooled by this company's marketing scheme; service is terrible!!!! Also, their "free" water heater inspection that comes in conjunction with a plumbing call results in a large Bradbury Brothers sticker being placed on top of the original company's information label... seems like a pretty sneaky, sly, dishonest move to me. DO NOT TRUST BRADBURY BROTHERS! I wish someone would have told me this before spending nearly $13K on a whole new A/C system.

Not to add, their prices are through the roof, which I don't mind paying if service is impeccable and everything is done correctly. Their "comfort club" is a complete scam.
