THE WOODLANDS, TX – Starting today and lasting until tomorrow night, the NASCAR Day Giveathon is in full swing, and the Kailee Mills Foundation – a locally based nonprofit organization whose goal is to teach seatbelt safety to teens – can benefit from your donation. In return, if you donate today, you can get your name on a NASCAR truck racing this weekend.

The NASCAR Day Giveathon is a joint effort between NASCAR and The NASCAR Foundation to provide much needed funds to the communities where we live, work and race. The NASCAR community’s day of online giving is a 37-hour period which provides an easy and fun way for the racing community to support local nonprofits. NASCAR Day Giveathon starts Tuesday, May 14 at 8:00 a.m. and ends Wednesday, May 15 at 9:00 p.m. The event has one goal: to raise money and awareness for local nonprofits in one spectacular giving day

“By donating to us during the NASCAR Day Giveathon, you not only have the chance to score cool NASCAR prizes but also help us qualify for matching donations and bonus grants from The NASCAR Foundation,” said David Mills, board president of the foundation. “By donating today, you are putting KMF in the running for $500 bonus grants every hour; additionally, by donating $25 or more today only, you will get your name on a race truck for this weekend.”
