Veteran of the Week - Jack Stacy

CONROE, TX -- This week’s Veteran is Jack Stacy, who served in the U.S. Air Force, from 1963 - 1990. Jack was in Administration and Recruitment while in the Air Force. Stacy served all over The World while in the Air Force, from England, to Saudi Arabia for several years, Alaska, and Vietnam for two tours from 1969 - 1971. In addition Jack served in varying duty stations around the U.S. on different bases and recruiting commands. His most notable position was when he was stationed with the 89th Airlift Wing, at Andrews Air Force Base, which ferries around the President and his staff. After he left the service, Stacy sold cars for nineteen years to pass the time. He moved to Conroe to be close to his children and grandchildren.
