Live music, fireworks set for Woodlands Labor Day celebration

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Celebrate Labor Day in The Woodlands with a night of live music, activities for the whole family and fireworks if the weather permits. Saturday, starting at 6 p.m. the festivities will take place at Waterway Square, located at 31 Waterway Square Place in The Woodlands.

The entertainment lineup includes Texas country music performer Holly Hicks from 6 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. and then Americana, rock and Texas country music performer Parker McCollum from 7:40 p.m. to 9 p.m. Fireworks will immediately follow the second performance, weather permitting. The seven minute firework spectacle will be launched from the Waterway Plaza Parking Garage.

For those who come out to enjoy the Labor Day festivities in The Woodlands, parking will be available in the Waterway Square Parking Garage and the 24 Waterway Parking Garage. Surface parking is available at the corner of Waterway Avenue & Timberloch Place and the corner of Six Pines and Lake Robbins Drive.
