Schedule of events announced for 2015 Concert in the Park

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The new schedule of concerts and events for Concert in the Park for 2015 is now set. In addition to free weekly musical acts, certain events will be held in conjunction with the concerts on some occasions.

Admission to these events is free, and blankets, lawn chairs, pets and coolers are permitted. These seasonal events are good for the whole family and take place at Northshore Park at 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive, 77381.

A wide variety of eclectic musical acts are included in this year’s line-up, including:


Josh Grider (Texas Country) on March 1, 2015

Sideshow (Southern Blues from Austin, TX) on March 8, 2015

The Wonderfuls (Variety Band) on March 15, 2015

Bart Crow (Country) on March 22, 2015

Black Dog (Led Zepplin Tribute Band) on March 29, 2015

Subdivided (Rush Tribute Band) on April 12, 2015

Vocal Trash (Variety Band) on April 19, 2015

Dillon Havin and Company (13-year-old blues phenomenon who appeared on America’s Got Talent) on April 26, 2015

Held in conjunction with these musical acts are a variety of events, many of which have limited onsite supplies and spaces. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and visit the Township tent to sign up, and all these free events are appropriate for all ages:


Spring Break Spectacular with fun on a giant slide on March 8, 2015

Green Game Day with leprechaun relays, a family craft and green galore on March 15, 2015

4th Annual Family Sandcastle Building Contest – you bring the shovels, sand is provided on March 29, 2015

Bicycle Bash with special bike parking and party for those who ride on April 12, 2015
