Packing
Packing is billed at an hourly rate, plus the cost of packing supplies and materials. We stock all of the boxes and materials needed to pack an entire home or business. We can pack one box, or the entire home or business. All items that we pack are insured by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Montgomery County. All items that are packed on your own are not covered.

Load or Unload Only
Loading and unloading services are billed at an hourly rate. We offer loading and unloading of trucks, for example, should you be moving out of state. We can also provide any supplies you may need, such as pads and straps.

Long-Distance Moves Within Texas
For moves across the great state of Texas (intrastate moving), the loading and unloading of the truck is billed at an hourly rate. All time spent on the road is billed at a flat rate based on your specific origin(s) and destination(s). This travel charge will not change so long as your stops do not change.

Out-of-State Moves
We don't know why you would want to leave the wonderful State of Texas, but if you do, we can help make the transition easy!

For long-distance moves, anything outside of Texas, we charge a flat rate. It is a price that will not fluctuate. Other companies may give you an estimated cost based on weight and distance. Then, after they load the items on the truck, they go over a scale and determine the “actual” weight. This is when you hear the horror stories about the price doubling.

For example, let's say it's estimated that you have 5,000 lbs on the truck, but you find out once it's weighed that it's actually 8,500 lbs. When this happens, the charges go up. To avoid this, we give you an exact price on what it will cost to get from point A to point B – regardless of weight.

Another thing to keep in mind is that we offer an expedited service. This means we load only your boxes on the truck, drive them directly to your new location and unload them. The same friendly movers who load your items will carefully unload them. Most long-distance movers load your items along with others' and bounce around the country until they get to your unload destination – possibly weeks later. They may also drop your belongings into storage until someone else comes along to grab and deliver them.  

Additional Services
• Plasma/LCD/LED TV Protective Case Rental – This is a high-quality case that can be rented for daily use instead of an expensive crate
in the event that you don't have the original box for your flat panel TV.
• Overnight Storage – If you can't move into your new home until the following day, we offer short-term storage solutions. Please speak
with a professional moving consultant about rates and availability.
• Valuation/Increased Carrier Liability – Extra coverage is available upon request.
