THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– Recently voted the number one Best Mortgage Company in The Woodlands for the second year in a row, Cherry Creek Mortgage Company officially announces its newest Market Street branch location.

The firm has expanded and moved into space at the North Commons at Market Street – on the third floor above Sur La Table.

“Over the past two years our local firm has experienced tremendous growth in the purchase-based mortgage business and has built a solid reputation based on providing the highest standard of personalized customer service during and after the loan process,” said Branch Manager Jason Higham.

Tthe new space not only helps provide a personalized client experience but also helps accommodate the hiring of two top-producing residential mortgage loan originators, Higham said.

Bob Earl and Sue Gold recently joined Cherry Creek Mortgage from the local mortgage division of Woodforest National Bank.

“It has never been our goal to have the biggest office in the area but we certainly strive to have most talented professionals our industry has to offer,” he said. “We are very excited about the addition of Bob and Sue to our team. While they are not only two of the most talented mortgage originators in our industry, there could not be two better people in our community who truly care about their clients.”

Cherry Creek Mortgage Company is based in Denver, Colo. and has been in the mortgage lending business for more than 25 years. Locally, the firm has won first place as Best Mortgage Company in the Woodlands Online Best of The Woodlands contest for the second year in a row.

“Our growth both locally and nationally is based on providing great value during the mortgage process,” Higham said. “We meet our clients face to face for personalized mortgage planning, deliver on time closings every time, and communicate throughout the entire loan process. Within our organization, we have a uniquely supportive culture of teamwork and coach our originators with a clear vision of how we can positively impact the lives of those we serve.”
