The Pangea Network celebrates 10 years with “Out of Africa” anniversary dinner

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - The Pangea Network, a Houston-based international non-profit, is celebrating 10 years of empowerment and education programs for women and youth based in the United States and Kenya. Join us for our “Out of Africa” celebration on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Robard’s Steakhouse in The Woodlands.

Event to feature SNL alum Will Forte


Special guest and Pangea Ambassador, Emmy nominee Will Forte, creator and star of “The Last Man on Earth” and former “Saturday Night Live” cast member, will host the event.

Additionally, guests will enjoy African drummers, a silent and live auction and a Maasai Market featuring handmade crafts from women in Kenya. Tickets ($300 each or $500 for two) and Tables (sponsorships range $2,500 to $15,000) are available now through Sept. 5, 2015, and include a three-course dinner, drinks, entertainment and goody bag.

“Over the past decade, The Pangea Network has graduated over 700 women from our co-operatives program, which gives Kenyan women the knowledge and support system they need to rise above the world’s most challenging circumstances,” said Nicole Minor, Executive Director of The Pangea Network. “On top of our work with women in Africa, we are proud to celebrate the many young people who've benefited from our Youth Leadership programs in Kenya and the Houston area.”
