Varsity GIRLS’ SOCCER:

Feb 2 vs. St. John’s* Cooper 0 • St. John’s* 3 loss

Comments from Coach Amber Clevenger: “The game against St. John’s was a battle from the beginning and despite our efforts, we weren’t able to pull off a win. This season has been tough, we are a very young team that has to learn to play more cohesively. I’m looking forward to watching these young ladies really step up and show how talented they truly are next season. I am grateful to my seniors, especially for Natalie Sos and Kathryn Dickerson who have put four years into the girls soccer program, I wish we would have had a better season for them, but I’m proud of the way they led this team.”

2015-16 Season: 5-7-3

“The girls’ soccer team ended their season 5-7-3. Obviously, this wasn't the way I envisioned this season ending, and the way I look at it is that we were just unlucky. We truly have the talent on this team to turn things around for next season.”

Comments from Coach BJ Feuerhelm: “To finish 8-14 does not begin to tell the story of how hard the girls worked this season. Kathryn Early, Kylie Raney, and Natalie Giglio were true senior leaders and will leave this program better than they found it. We are excited about what we have returning and look forward to getting back to work.”
