THE WOODLANDS, Texas — I'm always looking for good place to grab a coffee or tea and some breakfast on a Sunday morning. Now, I can add The CoffeeShop Company — a full service restaurant, complete with a drive thru for added convenience — to my list.

Today, you all get a bonus because my wife came along and because she's not a sandwich addict like myself we'll review her meal as well: Nutella and banana pancakes. No, that isn't a typo.

Today it was the Ham and Gouda on a croissant with cream cheese that presented itself to me and I was in no mood to argue. Let's face it, two cheeses are always better than one (that's free advice — have to charge you for the next one). Note: I've only just recently fallen in love with cream cheese on my breakfast sandwiches. Give it a try at home. It's delicious (whoops, that's more free advice...the next one will definitely cost you!).

Sandwich Time! My croissant sandwich came with scrambled eggs, ham and gouda with a choice of herbed or plain cream cheese. I went with plain this time. Once I got done playing with my food (picture taking) the sandwich itself went fast. I think I need one of those bowls you buy your dog to keep them from eating too fast. But buttery croissants are just so darn good. I was happily surprised by the generous amount of ingredients, complete with a hearty serving fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheese and ham. Handheld deliciousness that hit's most of the important food groups: meat, dairy, and bread. If I had selected herbed cream cheese, I would have technically hit for the cycle by adding my vegetable to boot (it's a stretch, I know, but I could make the argument).

And the bonus: Fluffy pancakes with butter, chocolate sauce, Nutella and freshly sliced bananas. Not sure why I'd even have to say anything more than this.
