THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring continues its tradition of spreading good will and showing its appreciation to our country’s service men and women.

Marking the 10th year of giving, the agents at the brokerage joined forces to gather funds for distribution to soldiers based at Conroe’s U.S. Army Reserve Unit, First Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment.

In a presentation at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring’s offices on Dec. 12, gift cards worth $5,000 were presented to Lt. Col. Ed Naughton, Command Sgt. Maj. Eric Dorsch and Chief Warrant Officer 4 Justin Dudley, for distribution to any soldier in need at the unit based at the Lone Star Executive Airport.

“The generosity of the agents continues to make the holidays better for many soldiers serving our country,” said Lt. Col. Naughton. “It’s gratifying to know that this fine group of professionals is willing to go the extra step during this busy time of year to remember our men and women, many who are far from home.”

“It’s impossible to put into words just how much we appreciate all that our service men and women do to keep us safe and protect our freedoms,” said Danna Furnace-Grimes, director of agent services and relocation for RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring. “Our gift card program is one way we have of letting them know we are thinking about them.”
