THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Montgomery County Precinct 3 Detectives conducted an online undercover operation with the Houston-Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force where Dana 'Scott' Windham, a registered sex offender had been chatting online with an undercover detective who he believed was 14 years old. On January 27th, Montgomery County Precinct 3 Detectives secured a warrant for Dana 'Scott' Windham and he was placed into custody with the assistance of Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputies, for violating his sec offender registration requirements.
