HTX Woodlands Girls Advance to Regionals Semi Final

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands HTX U-18 girls went 2 win and 1 tie in group play to advance to the semi finals of the US Youth Soccer Federation southern regionals held in Greenville, South Carolina. The team beat both the South Carolina and South Texas champions and tied the Louisiana state champs to advance to the semi final. The team will face the North Texas Champion in a Texas Derby to play the winner of Georgia and Florida in the final. “ The girls have been playing some entertaining soccer so far and getting results. I’m very proud of the girls because of their effort and sacrifice on and off the field this week.” Commented coach Milton Arraez.
