The Woodlands Hills Is Offering Up To $12,500 Incentive To Community Heroes On New Home Purchases

CONROE, TX -- In appreciation of the heroes in our community, Howard Hughes is offering a Special Salute of an additional $2,500 to its up to $10,000 fall incentive on new homes purchased in The Woodlands Hills. From November 1 through November 30, 2023, select buyers of a new home in The Woodlands Hills can receive up to $12,500 in incentives, which can be applied toward closing costs, design upgrades, or off the price of the home by participating builders. Certain restrictions may apply.

The additional $2,500 incentive is available for the following personnel:

• Veterans, Active-Duty, and Reserve Military

• Educators and School Staff

• First Responders

The lineup of nine outstanding local and national homebuilders in The Woodlands Hills includes Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, Brightland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes, Westin Homes, and the master planned community’s newest builder J.
